Accessing Grants requires knowledgeof the scheme and those companies engaged in it.

GBIS (Great British Insulation Scheme)
This new scheme launched in August 2023 and offers wider eligibility than previous schemes within ECO.   To qualify for either cavity wall insulation or additional loft insulation, your property simply has to be D (or below) rated EPC  and have a Council Tax Band of A-D. 

ECO "Flex" 
This scheme is open to anyone who receives certain benefits or a household which is classed as being in "energy poverty".   There are certain maximum earnings limits - information should be available to view on your Local Authority's website.
