You may be eligible for a variety of grants.  Eligibility differs according to the measure, the and your house's situation.  Homeowners (including landlords) and tenants can apply. 

THE WARM HOMES PLAN
Your Local Council should have secured funding under the Warm Homes loal grant.  Councils appoint installers to deliver measures.  All measures require extensive retrofit surveys and households are subject to eligibility checks.
The fund seeks to deploy £15billion of Government funding across 5 million homes within the UK.  Further information is available via the Government Warm Homes website
